Because they are pre-designed they significantly reduce the cost of design and construction as well as shorten the overall project schedule, all without sacrificing design quality. Our plan set collection offers a variety quality designed building types at a very economical price. We can also make small adjustments to your plans through our Add-On products and customization options.

SCHEMATIC PLAN SETS

Schematic Plan Sets are simplified drawing packages that broadly describe the scale, size, and character of a building. They are a low cost, low comittment option that you can use to get preliminary pricing from a contractor, secure construction financing from a lender, and test the feasibility of potential sites. Schematic sets are not for construction as they lack the remaining drawings and details required to build.

BUILDERS PLAN SETs

Builder's Plan Set are comprehensive drawing packages that describe the entire building with precise detail. You save thousands of dollars in design fees by purchasing one of these ready to build sets. You builder can also use this set to retrieve permits from regulating jurisdictions.

*Schedules are only templates that are the responsibility of the customer to populate before construction. We can take care of this for you through our "Add-On" products.

With a FABRIC[K] Design Plan Set, you as the customer are in complete control of the design process. If you are not ready to build yet, but still need to begin the process of approximating a site, estimating construction cost, or getting financing, then choose a Schematic Plan Set. In 3 weeks, 3 months or even 3 years time when you're ready to build come back to us and purchase the builder's set. No sweat. If you're ready to hit the ground running from the jump, choose one of our ready for review and construction Builders Plan Sets. You can attach any "ADD-ONS" or custom additions at any time and with any plan set. 

"ADD-ONS"

ADD-ONS are pre-designed, pre-packaged additions you can purchase to personalize your FABRIC[K] Plan Set. Our ADD-ONS streamline the customization process,making it easier and faster to get exactly what you want out of your building. Simply choose a base plan set (Schematic or Builders) then choose from the avaliable ADD-ONS for that set. It's that easy. If none of our pre-designed options meet your need, we'll design a custom solution for you.

We offer two types of ADD-ONS: Building ADD-ONS and Service ADD-ONS. Building ADD-ONS are predesigned architectural additions you can purchase to add more space, detail, and features to a plan. These can be purchased at any time to compliment a Schematic or a Builders Plan Set.  Service ADD-ONS are pre-packaged services modules you can purchase if you'd like us to help you choose interior items like finishes, equipment, and lighting. Or you can do it yourself. Totally your call. Service ADD-ONS can only be purchased in conjunction with a Builders Plan Set.
